Submission Monitoring

Submission monitoring monitors the status of a submission (1). 

Submission status badges

Folder Status:
The Folder Status checks whether all the required documents are available in the folder.

Approval Status:
Here it is checked whether all documents have been approved.

Monitoring Status:
The monitoring status shows whether there is outdated data in a monitored document compared to the current status of the affected entries.
Only documents created with the Writer or generated using a Writer template can be monitored in meddevo.

Version Status:
This status checks whether newer versions of a document are available.
 

Clicking on the monitoring badges of a folder or document opens a dialog with more detailed information on the status of the respective folder or document. (2)

Hint:
Grayed-out badges mean that the respective status is not applicable in this case.
The following reasons can lead to a non-applicable status:

1. Document monitoring is not applicable because the document was not created with the Writer.
2. Version Status and Approval Status are not applicable because the folder does not contain any documents.
