Scope: Are other Referenced Entries (e.g. Products ) automatically included?

No. The scope must be defined manually. There is no automatic extension of the scope to other added entries.

Example:
The document "Declaration of Conformity" is uploaded to the system. During the upload, the scope is assigned at the product group level. The "Include references" button is active. The result is that the "Declaration of Conformity" is only valid for the products in the product group that are referenced at this time.

If further products are added to the product group, these products do not have a reference to the "Declaration of Conformity". If the "Declaration of Conformity" is intended to be valid for the additional products, the scope must be defined again (manually).
