Form Field Information
In each collection, a so-called content type information can be opened in each entry.
This is possible via the button at the respective content type. A separate box appears. Common information, Comments and Inspections can be viewed in this box.
You can switch between Common Information, Comments and Inspections using the buttons on the left side of the opened box.
General Information
Collection: indicates to which collection the form field belongs.
Type: Indicates what kind of content it is (for example, text or connection).
Translatable: Is the content translatable into another language or not.
Unique: Indicates whether the form field or its content may only be present once in the respective collection.
Workflow Sensitive: This specifies whether the form field (if it is changed) changes the version or not. In other words, whether it is relevant for release (example: an external ID is added to a document --> the released version should not change as a result of this change to the metadata).
For different form fields, other information may also be displayed.
Description

Regulatory Source: This shows under which regulation(s) the form field is required.
Example: Shows examples of possible content of the form field.
Comments
Comments can be created and displayed for each content type.
Here it is shown who wrote the comment and when. By clicking on the three dots at the end of a comment you can reply directly to this comment or you can write your own comment by clicking on the "+" button.
The field next to the magnifying glass at the top can be used to search for comments or keywords.
Inspections
In this area, check results of the respective form field are displayed. This can be e.g. that a certain content is still missing.
